1. Acceptance of Terms

Deposits

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, though certain payment methods may impose higher minimums. Deposits are typically credited to your jl697 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact jl697 Customer Support immediately with your transaction reference number.

You warrant that all funds deposited to jl697 are your own, lawfully obtained, and not derived from any illegal activity. jl697 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to refuse or reverse any deposit if fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity is suspected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the same currency (PHP) and typically to the same payment method used for deposit. jl697 processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jl697 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.

Transaction Fees

jl697 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or other financial institution) may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond jl697's control and are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules and Fairness

All games on the jl697 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. jl697 does not control or manipulate game results.

Game Rules

Disconnections and Malfunctions

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, your active bet will remain valid and will be settled according to the game outcome. You can review the result of any interrupted game session in your Game History once you reconnect. If a game malfunctions or produces an erroneous result, jl697 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all bets placed in that round.

Maximum Payouts

7. Prohibited Activities

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one jl697 account.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

jl697 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other Users.

Upon termination, your access to jl697 will be revoked, and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited winnings or bonuses) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to verification and deduction of any fees or charges incurred.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9. Limitation of Liability

jl697 provides the Platform and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jl697 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jl697 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized access to your account.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with jl697 is to stop using the Platform and close your account.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

jl697 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of jl697 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.
